Zusammenfassung: | The microbiological, serological and parasitological properties of ready-to-eat cig kofte and the microbiological and parasitological properties of lettuce sold in Istanbul were presented. Agar gel immunodiffusion test (AGID) was used for determination of animal species. Parasites and their fragments were detected according to sedimentation method. Trichinella spp and larvaes were identified by trichinoscope method. It was observed that microbiological quality of ready-to-eat cig kofte and lettuces consumed with cig kofte was very low. The results of the also showed that meats of animals were not recorded on the labels which was evaluated as a potential risk factor for public health and consumer rights. |
