Autoradiographic localization of ( super(3)H)-guanidinoethyl-mercaptosuccinic acid binding sites in rat islets of Langerhans

Incubation of unfixed, frozen sections of rat pancreas with tritiated guanidinoethyl-mercaptosuccinic acid (GEMSA) resulted in a localization of ( super(3)H)-GEMSA autoradiographic grains over the islets of Langerhans, suggesting that a carboxypeptidase H-like enzyme occurs in the islet.
