Zusammenfassung:To investigate the ability of patients with AIDS to show an antigenic response, the authors studied lymphoproliferative responses to HIV antigen and compared them with proliferative responses to tetanus toxoid and concanavalin A (ConA) and with natural killer cell activity in normal controls, HIV-negative and HIV-positive asymptomatic intravenous drug abusers, patients with lymphadenopathy, and patients with AIDS.
