The goal of this investigation was to determine if a large, academic ED using a CPOE weight-based dosing system for vancomycin improved adherence to the new dosing recommendations resulting in more appropriate dosing. 2 Methods This was a retrospective study examining appropriate dosing of vancomycin before and after the implementation of a CPOE system. |
