Zusammenfassung:Superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis is uncommon, and bilateral superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis is rarer still. The resolution of bilateral superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis takes a long time. The spontaneous resolution of bilateral superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis is not known and not reported in the literature so far. Here we present MRI of bilateral superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis and its spontaneous resolution.
