Zusammenfassung:Many papers have been published over the last decade on nanodielectrics. The results have sometimes proven to be inconsistent, and this is thought to be due to nonuniform dispersion of the nanophase. However, an increasing number of high-quality scientific contributions look specifically at how these novel materials should be assembled and processed, and at the various phenomena in the interphase region. Clive W. Reed published several interesting contributions on these topics [1]. Also, at a colloquium in January 2012, Alun S. Vaughan mentioned that many of the tools needed for the preparation of consistent and controlled nanodielectrics had already been considered in various areas, including polymer physics and colloids science [2].
