European Water Law: Water Policy and Water Resources Management in France: The Projet de Loi sur l'Eau
In the second part of this two part article the author looks at the reform of institutions, in particular of the agences de l'eau, and briefly mentions some instruments for better protection of water resources. A conclusion will summarises the main findings.
