Zusammenfassung: | Tourism sector is a people serving people sector because of that the personality of employees, customer satisfaction and, ultimately, is very important to the sector. In this context the purpose of this study is to evaluate hotel businesses' employees' personality types within A and B type personality. In the study personality of employees' was evaluated according to type A and B personality traits, "the importance of work, participation in social events, the importance given to speed and time". As a method of data collection questionnaire technique is used and as data analysis techniques beneficiaries, percentage, frequency, mean and t test were used. According to survey results of employees in five-star hotels operating in Ankara and Aydin; A type personality traits are more common in employees' personalities. |
