Zusammenfassung: | Coastal zones undergo rapid changes due to great human pressure. Ruled by specific land use regulations, they are the scene of a variety of conflicts which tend to be more numerous than those located in the further inland. Some of them are brought to court by actors. Among the literature dedicated to opposition process, little has been written on the interactions between the socioeconomic dynamics of further inlands and coastal zones. This study demonstrate the specificity of littoral conflicts compared to further inland conflicts, capitalizing the study of administrative and civil courts activity in the French administrative department of Herault. |
