Zusammenfassung: | Lipase from Candida cylindracea was modified with activated polyethylene glycol, which was synthesized from alpha -carboxymethyl- omega -methoxypoly-(Oxyethylene) and N-hydroxysuccinimide with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. The modified lipase was soluble in organic solvents such as benzene and catalyzed the reaction of ester-exchange to synthesize eicosapentaenoyl phosphatidylcholines from dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine and eicosapentaenoic acid. Either one of palmitic acid at C-1 or C-2 position of the phosphatidylcholine was exchanged with eicosapentaenoic acid. |
