Zusammenfassung:The Heterojunctin with Intrinsic Thin-layer (HIT), high efficiency, crystalline silicon solar cell has demonstrated great potential to improve junction properties and surface passivation. Improvements in junction properties of the amorphous Si/crystalline Si heterojunction have been realized, and the highest efficiency recorded to date of 20.1% was achieved for a cell size of 101 cm super(2). Open circuit voltage exceeds 700 mV, due to the excellent surface passivation of the HIT structure.
