Zusammenfassung: | Researchers enacted a multi-component comparison of low-molecular weight compounds in both model fluid broths and processed tomato using an off-line combination of 400 MHz proton ( super(1)H)-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and liquid chromatographic techniques. One of the primary goals of this research project was to assist in the development of GLP-like techniques for sample handling and NMR methods that will be highly reproducible. Systems being designed for the automated handling of data are discussed. Validation of the methodology thus designed is considered. The system was intended to process and interpret large quantities of data. |
