Zusammenfassung: | A lipolytic strain of Aspergillus sydowi , the most potent among 31 aspergilli, was investigated to fix optimals for lipases production. Whalefeld technique with slight modifications was used. A. sydowi proved a constitutive lipase producer, and this property has been discussed. Optimals for lipase production in shaking cultures were: sucrose, 2.0%; corn oil, 0.2%; (NH sub(4)) sub(2)SO sub(4), 0.23%; KH sub(2)PO sub(4), 0.1%; MgSO sub(4) multiplied by 7H sub(2)O, 0.05%; KCl, 0.05%; pH 5.4, using 0.1 M citrate-phosphate buffer; cultures were incubated at 30 degree C for 20 h. Cell-free preparations from growth at these optimals gave a lipase yield of 90 u/ml, competitive to previous findings. |
