Lower levels of hsa-mir-15a, which decreases VEGFA , in the CD4+ T cells of pediatric patients with asthma

Because CD4+ T cells, especially the memory subset, are considered one of the major cellular sources of serum VEGF-A,7 we focused on the expression of VEGFA mRNA and miRNAs targeting VEGFA in the CD4+ T cells of pediatric patients with asthma.
