Zusammenfassung:Dunning's (1988) eclectic theory as a mainstream theory accepted by scientists in the field. The scope of the study in the province of Antalya is limited to operating in the international food retailers. Expansion strategy within the framework of the main elements of the analysis was conducted based on the executives interviewed. The main elements of strategy expansion is inspired by the study of Palmer (2005). As a result, economic factors were most important factor in the market selection. As a form of market entry, mixed strategy is used by enterprises. Migros, the most rapidly expanding firm in the market.
