Zusammenfassung:	Chickenpox is a viral infection usually benign and practically mandatory of the childhood. In the adult, it may know multivisceral complications as pneumonia in relationship with chickenpox which is the most frequent. One case of varicella pneumonia with a bilateral pleurisy has been noticed in a 38-year-old adult. The definite diagnosis has been based on clinical, biological and radiological arguments. Under an antiviral treatment, the evolution is favourable.
