Zusammenfassung: | Students are quickly graduating from college, looking to immediately start his or her dream job or internship. However, the task is not as easy as it seems, and many obstacles can stand in the way of landing that big gig. Career Communications Croup, Inc. (CCG), a company that promotes career opportunities in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to historically underrepresented groups in STEM fields, has come up with a method that could potentially stop the hassle and stress of finding the perfect job. The CCG job board will serve effective as it is a space for prospective employees to post resumes and seek hiring employers. What's most special about the CCG job board is that it is specifically geared to minority and STEM students. Many job boards are not aimed to one specific group; however, CCG narrows its attention to a group of students and employers who have one specific goal in mind: finding the best job or the hardest working employer. |
