Zusammenfassung:At present, the trends of the train development are high-speed, high-reliability, heavy-load and lowcost, that raise high demands on the performance of the railway subgrade. However, the track response situ test equipment and technology is very deficient. Aiming at the problems of methods lacking for subgrade dynamic response test, a bicyclic surface hydraulic cylinder is put forward in this paper. It can output static and dynamic force independently to simulate the static and dynamic load to the subgrade. The simulation has been run with the Matlab/Simulink and the PID controller is respectively optimized in IATE and GISE criterions. The results present that the system optimized in them can all meet the requirements, has quick response and good tracking performance, and that in GISE criterion has higher responses and waveform tracking performance is better, and it can basically meet the system requirements.
