Synthesis of FeTiO sub(3) nanosheets with {0001} facets exposed: enhanced electrochemical performance and catalytic activity

Ionic-liquid-assisted solution chemistry was initiated to prepare FeTiO sub(3) nanosheets with {0001} polar facets exposed predominantly, which yielded improved electrochemical performance and excellent catalytic activity towards thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.
