Zusammenfassung:As the environmental pollution becomes more severe, people are mostly concerned about the water and try to come up with many solutions. Among many solutions they put in effort to decrease the loss of water and develop substitute resources. To reduce the loss of water, the best solution is to prevent ahead of time the rupture of pipe line. Also to humans at the present time, the oil is the best source of energy. However, even the oil becomes depleted when through the use. In other words, there is a problem of limited reserve on the earth. To overcome this problem, there is a considerably great effect of reducing the loss of the oil by preventing the rupture of the oil pipeline which supplies the crude oil. In this paper, the method to detect water, oil, or other foreign substances using the photo-sensor is proposed and verified its validity.
