Zusammenfassung:Genomic RNA of the Respiratory syntical virus (RS-virus) was used as a template to synthesize calfthymus DNA-primed cDNAs. These cDNAs were subsequently cloned into the E. coli plasmid pBR 322 at the PstI-site.
