Zusammenfassung:A model has been developed to describe the turbulent structure of the surface layer which takes into account the differences in the scales of turbulent vortices generated by different mechanisms. We consider the shear of the drift current, nonlinear effects of surface waves, and their breaking as the main sources of turbulent energy. The power spectrum is divided into ranges with respect to the scales. The equation system for each range is solved numerically. The modeling results are compared with the experimental data and with other currently known models. The advantages of the suggested approach are demonstrated.
