Zusammenfassung:Standard enzyme immunoassay analysis atrazine and metolachlor responses were studied at various dilutions of organic solvents and with humic acids. Solutions containing less than 3.5% acetonitrile had no adverse effect on atrazine standard curves based on similarity of slopes of standard lines. No difference in slope was observed for atrazine standards in 0.4 3.5% methanol solutions. At 0.2 ng/ml atrazine, humic acids interfered with the enzyme immunoassay response.
