Zusammenfassung:	Croatian Society for Rheumatology of Croatian Medical Association updated the proposal for the application of TNF-alpha inhibitors in adult patients with spondyloartritides (SpA) in accordance with the new classification of SpA and european recommendations for the treatment of SpA with biologic agents. In this way a standardized method of diagnosis, targeted treatment, monitoring and evaluating outcomes are proposed.
