Zusammenfassung:In order to improve reasonableness of equipment layout in workshop, increase the production efficiency, reduce unnecessary loss caused in production process and accelerate the processing efficiency of materials, it divides the equipment layout into two types: single-link layout and multi-link layout according to the actual situation; and it sets up an optimized mathematical linear layout model of the workshop equipment. Based on this model, it studies the application of Genetic Algorithm (GA) in optimization of workshop equipment layout. It advances the solution process of GA in the layout equipment, gives the practical application of algorithmic solution, utilizes the prominent optimization ability of GA, and adopts an automatic line wrap strategy, arithmetic crossover operation and other abilities to improve the searching ability of GA. The calculation shows that optimization algorithm of GA is practical, feasible and high-efficient.
