A Cusp Catastrophe Model of Supply Chain Finance Ecosystem

Supply chain finance as a new model becomes one of the most attractive research topics in the field of supply chain management. Using the theory and methods of ecology, the intension for the basic finance ecosystem of supply chain finance ecosystem is defined. In addition, we evaluate the stability of this ecosystem by the cusp catastrophe model. Based on this model, we analyze the effects of prepayment accounts, receivable, inventory and monetary capital on the stability of supply chain finance ecosystem.
