Zusammenfassung: | This research aimed at identifies the motivation level toward schoolwork. The research sample consisted of (225) science teachers in Jerash schools. The research variables were teacher gender, teaching experience and educational stage. The research instruments were two: a questionnaire consisted of (37) items represent the most prominent aspects of motivation, another questionnaire consisted of (32) factors that may affect motivation. The Finding showed that the level of motivation toward schoolwork was moderate according to the standard in this research. In addition, there is a statistically significant difference due to teacher gender in favor of female teachers, educational experience in favor of long experience. The Findings also showed that the strength of the factors listed in the instrument at the level of motivation was also moderate, and there is a statistically significant difference in the strength of the motivation factors due to teacher gender in favor of female teachers. Finally, in light of these findings, a number of recommendations were stated. Reprinted by permission of Dirasat |
