Zusammenfassung:In continuation of their interest in the pharmacological properties of hydantoins and owing to their roles in the medication of inflammation and CNS disorders, the authors have screened out ten 1-(4-substituted-thiazol-2-yl)hydantoins for the CNS, anti-flammatory and the acute toxicity studies on albino mice. The results are described in this paper.
