Zusammenfassung:A new efficient biospecific adsorbent for the purification of cellulases was prepared from p-aminobenzyl 1-thio-β-D-cellobioside and Affigel-10 (Biorad). The two exocellobiohydrolases, CBH I and CBH II, from Trichoderma reesei QM 9414 were adsorbed, whereas the endoglucanase activities were unretarded. The adsorbed CBH I can be displaced selectively by elution with lactose, whereas cellobiose elutes the CBH II.
