Zusammenfassung:With the US on track to become a minority-majority nation by 2050, racial economic inequality increasingly impedes the country's economic advancement. To meet this need, The NAACP Opportunity and Diversity Report Card, a series of reports based on the former NAACP Consumer Choice Guide, analyzes industries' inclusion and diversity practices as they pertain to the race and ethnicity of their workforce, management, and suppliers. In addition, it will inform the public about career opportunities and realities in these industries as the US strives to strengthen its economy.
