Zusammenfassung:Forster's Tern (Sterna forsteri ) was previously considered an accidental visitor in British Columbia. Four nests with eggs or young were found near Creston, British Columbia, in 1980, and at least seven others in 1981. Nesting began possibly in 1976, following the creation of suitable marsh nesting habitat. The provincial status of Forster's Tern should be rare, local summer resident.
