Zusammenfassung: | In recent years, the number of species of crustaceans known to occur in the Gulf of California, Mexico, has increased significantly. Collections made by Mexican institutions and marine field stations throughout the Gulf provided a considerable amount of new information that proved of great interest to the general knowledge of the fauna of this area. The present paper presents significant range extensions for 4 Squilla hancocki (Schmitt, 1940), Micropanope cristimanus (Stimpson, 1871), Cloridopsis dubia (H. Milne Edwards, 1837) and Pilumnus reticulatus (Stimpson, 1860) species of marine crustaceans. All of which are reported for the first time for the Gulf of California. |
