Zusammenfassung:	Abstract Combined ankle and subtalar joint instability can lead to severe disability of the lower extremity. Multiple procedures have been described for hindfoot and ankle instability, including anatomic and non-anatomic reconstructions. The authors present their technique consisting of a free autogenous split peroneus longus tendon graft combined with a modified Brostrom-Gould repair.
