Zusammenfassung:► Crystalline quality of the BiFe0.95Mn0.05O3 (BFMO) thin film is improved by in sit magnetic annealing. ► Magnetic annealing enhances the films leakage by decreasing the space charge in films. ► The films saturation magnetization and coercive field are improved dramatically with magnetic annealing. BiFe0.95Mn0.05O3 thin films are prepared by chemical solution deposition with in situ magnetic annealing process. The effects of magnetic annealing on the microstructure, magnetic and dielectric as well as ferroelectric properties of the films are investigated. Increasing annealing magnetic fields, the crystallization quality is enhanced due to improved grain growth. Moreover, the leakage current decrease, and the magnetizations dramatically increase with increased annealing magnetic field, which is beneficial for the potential applications.
