Zusammenfassung:We report the subsolidus phase relations in the SrOaCuOaTiO2 ternary system at 950 degree C in air. For this study, numerous samples of various nominal compositions were prepared by the solid state reaction, and their equilibrium phases were analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). On the basis of our XRD analysis data and previous reports on the SrOaCuO, CuOaTiO2, and SrOaTiO2 binary phase diagrams, subsolidus phase diagram of the SrOaCuOaTiO2 ternary system could be completely constructed. Instead of the stoichiometric SrCu3Ti4O12 compound, new ternary compounds of Sr0.9639(1-y)Cu3.0361(1-3y)Ti4+2yO12-type solid solutions were found to exist and their solubility limit was 0
