Socialist law concept is the fundamental principle of the building procurators' culture, which is the effective carrier of socialist law concept. Both of them depend on each other and promote mutually. The final destination of deepening and expanding the socialist law concept in the procurators' work is that it should be consistent with the formation of procurators' culture, a core requirement of the socialist law concept.
