Zusammenfassung:Tests in 44.7-m super(3) rooms showed that >60% of released Bracon hebetor) Say, Anisopteromalus calandrae (Howard), and Venturia canescens (Gravenhorst) were attracted to New Jersey type blacklight and whitelight traps. Less than 10% of the Xylocoris sordidus (Reuter) that were released responded to the light traps. Most individuals of each species responding to the light sources were trapped by day 4. Parthenogenetic females of V. canescens showed a highly significant preference for blacklight, but females of B. hebetor showed a stronger attraction for whitelight. More males than females of B. hebetor were trapped early in the tests, but the reverse was the case for A. calandrae . Only females of X. sordidus were caught in the whitelight traps and mostly females were caught in the blacklight traps.
