Zusammenfassung:A sonographic evaluation of pancreatic hyperechoic lesions is presented. Pancreatic hyperechoic lesion was detected in 46 cases of 10,006 patients examined with upper abdominal sonography during 1997. Subjects were 42 cases in which X-ray CT and/or MRI were performed. Sonographic pattern and the final diagnosis was compared. Sonograms of 42 lesions were classified into four patterns dense string, flat, spherical, and irregular shape. Spherical and irregular shape rough hyper echoic lesions need detailed examination.
