]. We present a case of a female patient with obscure chronic groin pain. Upon laparoscopic exploration, she was found to have a hernia in a previously non-described location. Reduction of a chronically incarcerated preperitoneal fat and subsequent repair using traditional transabdominal preperitoneal repair resulted in a complete resolution of her pain. |
