Managers' perceptions of experiences sought by ski-tourers [Management of outdoor recreation areas]

Recreation managers' perceptions of experiences desired by ski-tourers in the Colorado Rockies' Front Range were similar to preferences stated by the ski-tourers themselves. These findings contrast with the results of previous research on other forms of recreation.
