Zusammenfassung:According to this classification, there are four main groups for primary headaches and 13 sub-groups for secondary headaches. The case reports representing the SUNCT syndrome group secondary to a posterior fossa abnormality have included homolateral cerebellopontine angle arteriovenous malformations; a brainstem cavernous hemangioma; a posterior fossa lesion in a human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) patient; severe basilar impression causing pontomedullary compression in a patient with osteogenesis imperfecta; craniosynostosis resulting in a foreshortened posterior fossa; and ischemic brainstem infarction.
