Zusammenfassung:We studied the effects of N ω -nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA), a nonselective inhibitor of NO synthases, on the severity of type 1 diabetes mellitus induced by subcutaneous injection of 130 mg/kg alloxan in August rats with high activity of NO system and in Wistar rats.
