Zusammenfassung: | Bulk state construction materials, such as sand, gravel and the mixed concrete can be transported in pipes by fluid flow. The most important technical parameter of a transport system is the pressure loss at the designed mixture flow rate. The pressure loss determines the energy need, therefore determines the operational costs. In the previous part the fine suspension - coarse mixture flow model and the two basic devices: the tube viscometer and the hydraulic test loop developed by the Institute of Raw Materials Preparation and Environmental Processing of the University of Miskolc were summarized. In this 2nd part the empirical and mathematical method of specifying the type of mixture flow, the pressure loss calculation method and an example are shown. |
