Zusammenfassung:High temperature and high flow rate naphthenic acid corrosion(NAC) simulation device was applied to investigate NAC behavior of 20G low carbon steel at various temperatures and flushing angle. The results show that temperature and flushing angle could significantly influence the corrosion rate of 20G steel in naphthenic acid. The influence of flushing angle is related with experiment temperature and flow rate, at 280-320 degree C the corrosion rate reaches the peak value, the corrosion rate decreases with temperature when the temperature exceeds 320 degree C. The corrosion morphology analysis of 20G steel indicates that the perlites in 20G dissolute preferentially. The ferrite corrodes from the grain boundary to intracrystalline only after the perlite dissolutes.
