Sequence-specific recognition of double-stranded DNA with molecular beacon with the aid of Ag super(+) under neutral pH environment
A sensitive fluorescent sensor for sequence-specific recognition of dsDNA was established with a molecular beacon (MB) based upon the formation of parallel triplex DNA in the presence of Ag super(+) under neutral pH environment.
