Zusammenfassung:Today, businesses are vital in terms of production plannning and control function. The increasing complexity of business competition and customer satisfaction, firms are directed high quality levels and cost minimization. In such a competitive environment, the value of production planning and control systems is increasing day by day. Aggregate production planning, production planning and control is one of the tools used in the work. Aggregate production planning and production rates, workforce levels, overtime and other variables can be controlled by adjusting the best way to meet the prescribed demand tries. The aim of the process, reduce the cost expenses. Aggregate production planning and multiple objective programming methods have been developed to analyze complex objectives.In this study an integrated production planning in an enterprise, to achieve the goal programming method was used for multiple purposes. Goal programming with the business priorities identified by developing an appropriate mathematical models, the optimal solution has been reached. Mathematical models of the application data of the parameters used were obtained from the entity. Finding the results, conclusions were reached using Winqsb program.
