Zusammenfassung:Approximately 10-15% of the patients have other PNS, like limbic encephalitis, neuromyotonia, peripheral neuropathy, inflammatory myopathy, subacute hearing loss, psychosis, sleep disorders and stiff-person syndrome. In one case, thymoma and ELE was accompanied with stiff-person syndrome [4]. Since the symptoms are not specific, diagnosis in ELE related to thymoma is quite hard to detect.
