Zusammenfassung:Micro-Abstract Pathologic subtyping of non–small-cell lung carcinoma is increasingly important when selecting therapy. Only 456 (62%) of patients received a specific pathologic diagnosis, which was significantly associated with histologic biopsy samples, immunohistochemical testing, and diagnosis outside of an academic center.
