Zusammenfassung:The effects of solute carrier family 29 member 1 (SLC29A1) single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), rs6932345 and rs747199, on SLC29A1 mRNA expression were examined. The expression levels of SLC29A1 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from 46 healthy subjects (28 males and 18 females) was compared between wild-type and mutant carriers.
