Zusammenfassung: | We demonstrate blue/violet emitting devices based on cadmium-free zinc selenide/zinc sulfide core/shell quantum dots. The device charge balance was further enhanced by tuning the thicknesses of the hole transporting layer and quantum dot emitting layer. |
